Solomon’s Way is your partner for writing and administering Connecticut's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
This HUD-sponsored grant program is the single best funding source for addressing the needs of low-and moderate-income persons in your community.
CDBG’s are extremely hard to write, and with being a small town, you might struggle with allocating a full-time person dedicated to this daunting task. Luckily, in order to capitalize on these grants, CDBG allows for you to partner with a non-profit organization of your choosing, to fund and technically support projects that achieve local community and economic development objectives.
The best part about partnering with Solomon’s Way is that this a NO DIRECT COST PARTNERSHIP, as costs are drawn directly from the grants, rather than from the town. This is a win-win-win for everyone involved (the town, the community and Solomon’s’ Way)!!!
